- Information submitted through forms (contact, vendor signup, artist commitment)
- Authentication data provided by third-party sign-in services (Google, Facebook)
How We Use It
- To process event-related requests (vendor signups, artist commitments, contact inquiries)
- To communicate with you about events and services
- To manage your account and provide access to our platform
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Better Auth — authentication and account management (self-hosted)
- MongoDB Atlas — data storage
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels.
Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you. To request data deletion:
- Email us at hello@savagestud.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
If you signed in with Facebook or Google, deleting your data with us does not affect your account with those providers.
