By accessing or using Savage Studio ("https://savagestud.io"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Savage Studio provides event promotion, production, and curation services in Tampa, Florida. Our platform allows users to discover events, purchase tickets, apply as vendors or artists, and connect with our network.

Accounts

You may create an account using email, Google, or other supported authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

Tickets & Purchases

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
• Ticket prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded.
• Resale of tickets is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

Vendor & Artist Applications

Submitting an application as a vendor or artist does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed by our team. Accepted vendors and artists must comply with event-specific requirements communicated upon approval.

Prohibited Conduct

• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using our platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfering with the operation of our services

Limitation of Liability

Savage Studiois provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, attendance at events, or interactions with third parties through our platform.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
