How much do I earn?+
Default commission is a percentage of the gross on every paid booking your referred client makes. Exact rate is set when your application is approved — typical range is 10 to 20 percent. Higher rates for repeat business introducers.
When do I get paid?+
Commissions move to EARNED status the moment a booking is paid. Payouts go out manually on a rolling cycle via Venmo, ACH, or Stripe Connect once that lane is live. You see every earned dollar and every paid-out dollar in your dashboard.
How are clients tracked?+
Your share link carries a tracking parameter (?aff=SS-XXXXXX). When someone visits, we set a 30-day cookie. If they sign up or book in that window, the conversion is attributed to you — even if they come back later from a different source.
Can I refer venues or businesses?+
Yes. Any paying client counts — individual artists, labels, agencies, brands, venues that need production work. We support multi-hop attribution as the program matures, so if your business intro brings a venue that brings five artists, that lineage stays attached to you.
What happens if a referred client refunds?+
Commissions on refunded bookings are voided. The event shows in your ledger marked VOIDED so you can see what happened, but it does not count toward your earned balance.
